At Yomatoo ๐Ÿด, every order is prepared fresh by our restaurant partners and delivered by our riders ๐Ÿ›ต. To ensure quality and fairness, we have the following cancellation rules:

  • Once your order is confirmed by the restaurant, it cannot be canceled.

  • Payments made are final and non-refundable ๐Ÿ’ณ.

  • Please review your order carefully before placing it. โœ…


โณ Before Confirmation

  • If your order has not yet been confirmed by the restaurant, you may request cancellation.

  • In such cases, we may issue:

    • A coupon/credit for future orders ๐ŸŽŸ๏ธ

    • Or cancel the payment if it hasn’t been processed yet ๐Ÿ’ก


โš ๏ธ Restaurant or Rider Cancellations

  • In rare cases (e.g., item unavailable, restaurant closed, or rider issues), Yomatoo may cancel your order.

  • If this happens, we’ll notify you immediately ๐Ÿ“ข and may offer a credit or replacement order at our discretion.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Failed Deliveries

Your order may be marked as failed and non-refundable if:

  • Wrong delivery address was provided ๐Ÿ 

  • Customer is unavailable or unreachable ๐Ÿ“ž

  • Repeated refusal to accept the order ๐Ÿšซ
