At Yomatoo ๐ด, every order is prepared fresh by our restaurant partners and delivered by our riders ๐ต. To ensure quality and fairness, we have the following cancellation rules:
Once your order is confirmed by the restaurant, it cannot be canceled.
Payments made are final and non-refundable ๐ณ.
Please review your order carefully before placing it. โ
If your order has not yet been confirmed by the restaurant, you may request cancellation.
In such cases, we may issue:
A coupon/credit for future orders ๐๏ธ
Or cancel the payment if it hasn’t been processed yet ๐ก
In rare cases (e.g., item unavailable, restaurant closed, or rider issues), Yomatoo may cancel your order.
If this happens, we’ll notify you immediately ๐ข and may offer a credit or replacement order at our discretion.
Your order may be marked as failed and non-refundable if:
Wrong delivery address was provided ๐
Customer is unavailable or unreachable ๐
Repeated refusal to accept the order ๐ซ
