5️⃣ Delivery Policy 🚚

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic 🚦, weather 🌧️, or restaurant delays.
Customers must provide the correct address and contact details.
Failed deliveries due to incorrect info or customer unavailability will not be refunded.

6️⃣ Partner Restaurants & Riders 🤝

Yomatoo connects customers with partner restaurants and delivery riders.
Restaurants are responsible for food quality 🍲, hygiene, and preparation.
Riders are responsible for safe and timely deliveries 🛵.
Yomatoo acts as a platform, not the direct seller of food.

7️⃣ Limitation of Liability ⚠️

Yomatoo is not liable for:
- Food quality, taste, or preparation issues 🍔
- Allergic reactions to food ingredients ⚡
- Delays caused by restaurants, traffic, or riders 🕒
Our maximum liability is limited to the value of your order.

All logos, trademarks, and content on Yomatoo belong to us.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan 🇵🇰. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of local courts in Sahiwal.
