At Yomatoo ๐Ÿด, we work hard to make sure your food is delivered hot, fresh, and on time ๐Ÿ›ต๐Ÿ”ฅ. Because orders are prepared by restaurants and delivered directly to you, we do not offer refunds once an order is placed and confirmed.


๐Ÿšซ No Refund Policy

  • โœ… Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • โœ… Payments made are final and non-refundable.

  • โœ… Please review your order carefully before confirming.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Wrong / Missing Items

If there is an issue with your order (such as missing items or the wrong delivery), please contact us immediately ๐Ÿ“ž. While we do not refund, we may:

  • ๐Ÿ” Coordinate with the restaurant to resolve the issue.

  • ๐Ÿ›ต Offer a replacement delivery (when possible).

Refunds may only be considered in rare cases such as:
